Blogs are changing the way we communicate and essentially how we conduct business. This new media can provide a new and effective way to access your clientele and get your message across, but blogs can also talk about your organization, possibly without your awareness or consent. Are blogs a fad or a long-range strategy? Will blogs destroy brands or differentiate them? Will blogs create communication chaos or open the door to more relevant customer interaction?
