Our Toronto-based firm specializes in what we call Web2.0 PR. Would you be interested in outsourcing this role to our company? Our fee-for-results model is based on precise SLAs.

Here is what we have in mind: Web2.0 PR is an emerging discipline that requires strategic marketing and project management skills to align online-software services, social media and the creative PR process. Our strength in marketing and business development outsourcing enables us to manage complexity and ensure measurable results. We are also a creative shop. The What If What Next™ internet-savvy writer/journalist team spearheads new reputation management and new media initiatives that drive inquiries, greater brand awareness and traffic to your corporate and satellite web sites.

What we can deliver next week:

Search Engine Optimization and Marketing: A writing, research and natural search engine optimization project involving ongoing tuning of your corporate site(s), creating new content and posting links and comments around your media release(s) and other information about your company to relevant portals, directories, social networking sites and blogs. The aim: drive significant traffic, Google ranking and inquiries (the measurable result). Establish 25 good quality comments and links on relevant blogs, social networking sites, portals and directories. We maintain alliances with some of the hottest SEO shops to bring you results.

Launch your firm’s Micro-Site: We lead the building of a new micro-site or Weblog establishing another venue to push key ideas and content, events, accomplishments, stories, pictures, podcasts, videocasts,  words, and links out via RSS (Real Simple Syndication) and Natural SEO (Search Engine Optimization).  The effort will in fact be a destination micro-site driving media awareness, rankings, traffic and enquiries.

Outreach and Measurement: We are passionate explorers of Web2.0. On your behalf we will target Web2.0 media and blogs, visit and leave comments broadly. We will conduct outreach to important online media, bloggers, forums, newsgroups, and other online organizations. Links will be sought from relevant popular sites and directories. You will obtain coverage on PRMeasure – the What If What™ Next blog.  Throughout the engagement we will monitor media results, developing stories and competitive issues.

Build Media Relationships: Building upon your existing contacts, an extensive social network of traditional media will be nurtured: business, management, technology, trade, technology business, strategy, etc. In parallel, a new media cohort will be developed: online media, forums, blogs, wikis, social networks, etc.   Build relationships with media and reporters in significant print, online and broadcast media. Maintain ongoing contacts with media and reporters via meetings, phone, e-mails and print pieces.  Send media kit to all contacts.

We will support the events and trade shows you participate in.

Maintain Client Relations: At all times, we will contribute to the marketing of your company, identifying ongoing opportunities, providing ideas and direction and managing projects to contribute most effectively to the firm’s success. We will work closely with your team to implement ideas and inspiration, using our strategic thinking, writing, media relations, Web2.0 PR, project management skills and creative talent.  Importantly, we will contribute thought leadership in Web2.0 PR with RSS technology news, business blogging strategies, corporate communications, pod casting applications, as well as blog design and navigation
